5 steps to rest, relax and de-stress
#1 Light some candles
Getting the right atmosphere is the first step. A softly lit room will give your eyes some rest from staring at bright screens all day.
#2 Take a bath
The heat will relieve tension in tired muscles. Try adding a handful of epsom salts, half a cup of baking soda and some lavender oil (how much comes down to personal preference). This combination will draw out toxins, lower stress-related hormones and re-balance your PH levels.
#3 Pamper yourself
Use those luxurious lotions that you have been saving. Maybe try a face and/or hair mask. Or take the time to give yourself a mani/pedi.
#4 Drink green tea
